Headquartered in Hangzhou, China, we are the operator of Alipay, an online payment service launched in 2004 which has since evolved into the world’s largest payment and lifestyle platform.
As part of our expansion plans in Europe, we are looking to hire a Marketing Operation Manager for our Alipay business.
What you'll do :
Plan and develop European payment business according to Ant Financial's globalisation strategy, expanding to local European markets.
Create in-depth understanding of key national markets, formulate effective operating strategies and plans, effectively improve the end-to-end user experience throughout the process, and improve closed-loop payment efficiency.
Perform competition and new market analysis, capturing opportunities and identifying risks. Actively tap market opportunities and find directions for long-term development.
Go deep into all dimensions of Alipay EU market growth, including; acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue, determine growth levers and collaborate with the Product and Technology team to achieve growth breakthroughs through continuous AB testing.
Who you are :
Experience in payments industry or e-commerce platform payment related work experience.
Deep understanding of cross-border e-commerce / payment business, and have independently achieved significant business results
Have good business sense and policy sensitivity, be able to conduct in-depth thematic analysis, and have a macro vision to grasp the trend
Familiar with various payment operation methods, capable of fine-grained operation for different life cycles. Well understand market growth strategy and with practical experiences;
Strong logic ability, good at data analysis and problem discovery, working with horizontal teams to improve payment conversion rate;
with user perspective to enhance experience capabilities.
Management experience is preferred, strong horizontal coordination and upward communication ability.
English with the ability to speak a second local language or Mandarin preferred
