Founded in 1856, the Banque Internationale à Luxembourg is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. From its foundation, the BIL has always played an active role in the development of the Luxembourg economy.

It currently operates in retail, private and corporate banking, as well as on major capital markets. Employing more than 1 800 people, the BIL is present in the financial hotspots that are Luxembourg, Switzerland, and China.

Responsibilities

The purpose of the position is to act as a change manager on internal transformation projects, working closely with other change managers and project / program managers.

His / her role is key in ensuring project success and a good adoption of new solutions, processes and other changes within the organization.

In particular, the change manager will take part over the coming year to a bank-wide transformation program aiming at replacing our core banking system.

Your mission :

  • Focus on the people side of change, identifying the impact on people and helping them through the transition and to get ready for the change;
  • Define and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance;
  • Assess change impacts and organizational readiness;
  • Identify stakeholders and define engagement strategies;
  • Define communication strategies and monitor their implementation;
  • Define training plans and supervise the design and delivery of trainings;
  • Define change agent network strategies and coordinate their onboarding and activities;
  • Coach internal change management contributors and project teams in order to increase change management maturity and expertise throughout the organization;
  • Evaluate employee readiness and ensure adoption;
  • Contribute to the improvement of change management processes in BIL;
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
  • Profil recherché

    Must Have Requirements

    Your profile :

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and hold a University degree or similar;
  • You have a strong background in Change Management with a practical experience;
  • You can demonstrate a relevant experience in a large IT implementation project;
  • A prior experience in a consultancy firm or in a bank is a plus;
  • ideally, you have a formal change management qualification such as PROSCI;
  • You are able to handle multiple and complex projects with a solution-oriented spirit and methodology.
  • Your skills :

  • Good knowledge of change management techniques, with a proven expertise in one or several areas of change management (e.
  • g. training, communication, change agents, adoption, etc.);
  • Fast learner and good integration skills;
  • Solution finder, with a mindset to actually do the work;
  • You are highly organized and have solid project management skills;
  • You have good facilitation skills and communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner;
  • You are fluent in English and French (reading, writing, speaking);
  • You are a good team player;
  • You are at ease with MS Office.
