If so, the AMXL team is looking for a leader, with a strong record of achieving results and an entrepreneurial mindset, to deliver for our customers by driving world-

class delivery station operations for AMXL-Europe. You will own delivery station operations finance for AMXL-Europe. You will partner with various teams across the entire supply chain including operations, supply chain, retail, procurement, and third party logistics providers and carriers.

You will provide insightful guidance via financial decision support, financial modeling, controllership and Think Big cost optimization initiatives.

You will also execute high visibility, strategic, cost improvement projects. We need leaders who are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems for the benefit of our quickly expanding customer base.

This leader will have three focal areas : 1) controllership of AMXL-Europe delivery station operations and launch, 2) run finance point across stakeholder field and corporate finance teams as it relates to delivery stations, 3) consolidate, analyze, and drive visibility around delivery station cost performance across Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

Expertise in collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful analyses to lead business improvement and cost reductions

Develop and maintain key reporting metrics that drive business performance

Identify and develop key business opportunities and drive efficiency while balancing customer promise

Partner across Operations and Retail to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance

Support the annual operational planning process and development of the three year strategic plan. Drive variance analysis against budgets, identify risks and opportunities

Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained

BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics and 3 years of relevant work experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools

2 years’ experience with Excel advanced functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)

General understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Experience in operations finance

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving

Strong ability to work with business leaders to deliver results, including the ability to persuade with data. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes

Ability to think at both the strategic and implementation level to think big while also diving deep

Experience in a business partnering role

Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL and other analytical tools

MBA preferred
