For one of our clients, a dynamic Real Estate company, we are looking for an Office Assistant and Receptionist Status : Full time / CDI Your tasks : Welcome people by phone and physically Be in charge of the correspondence Prepare meetings rooms Maintain an adequate inventory of kitchen Distribute incoming mail Take minutes and prepare administrative reports Handle the relationship with staff and clients Filing Archiving Your profile : 4 years' experience in a similar position (receptionist / office and team assistant) in a corporate environment is essential .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, German and / or Luxemburgish are mandatory. Services oriented, organization and self-motivation are essential Ability to work well under pressure Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task is essential Strong presentation, communication, good listening skills are required Excellent knowlege of MS Office
