We are looking for an
It Helpdesk Operator (M / F / D)
It Task :
Answer incoming calls and emails;
Create the relevant ticket in the ticketing system;
Resolve simple issues;
Assign the ticket to the relevant service for more complex issues;
Follow up on tickets that are not processed by the relevant services in time;
Answer questions or resolve computer problems on local level;
Assist end-users to understand and use the computer hardware and software relevant to their work in view to achieve the best result;
Ensure the follow-up of incidents;
Assist with provision of office supplies (monitoring, distributing, stock-keeping);
Assist with the provision of office space (furniture maintenance, removals);
Assist with the support of meetings and events ((Re)-Arrange meeting rooms, deliver catering orders, collect left over catering).
Your profile :
You have a first professional experience in an IT, Facilities or Security support team;
You have an experience in providing support to users;
You have already a professional experience in contributing to projects;
Previous experience within an international and multicultural environment, preferably in a European Institution, body, office or agency.
You speak perfectly English (C1), any other languages would be an advantage;
