We are offering a challenging role, allowing you to grow with a broad scoop of functions to work with the different teams within the company.

We would like to meet a profile with experience in Luxembourg, in investment funds, with an excellent command of French and English.

Funds Officer - Tasks :

Actively participate in client on-boarding projects and initiate bank account openings and systems set-up

Perform key controls and oversight on the NAV calculation including portfolio valuation booking and investor activities based on data provided by the client and investigating potential risks during reporting period including ongoing cross-border monitoring and compliance

Assist with the preparation / review of simple legal documents and ensure proper execution and arrange for legalisations, notarisations and apostilles

Run, review and update AML reports and provide these reports to Clients / Investors

Approval and filing of the annual accounts (liaise with external auditors, organize board and shareholders meetings) and filing of the annual direct tax returns

Ensure regulatory and statutory fillings are made in timely manner

Funds Officer - Profile :

Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit,

At least 3 years of experience

Good experience in Real Estate or Private Equiy, AIFM,...

Fluent in English and French

Be a good team player
