Your missions : Candidate Management :

Candidate Management :

  • Continuously develop Candidate base to ensure constant supply of Quality Candidates
  • Developing and managing Candidate pool / portfolio to include (Attracting new candidates via networking, Job boards, Recommendation)
  • Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates
  • Maintaining relationships with both registered and placed Candidates including placement administration and after care
  • Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new vacancy notifications and updates on candidate applications
  • Searching internal database and online sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies
  • Utilize candidate network database to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Maintain control of candidates throughout lifecycle
  • Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback and close at offer stage
  • Authority to negotiate notice periods and rates for individual placements
  • Client Management :

  • Have autonomy within own client base
  • Appreciate and understand client’s needs, goals and how affected by the market
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
  • Proactively map out key clients within portofolio and implement effective touch point strategy
  • Generate client information
  • Produce individual client strategies
  • Involvement with business strategy
  • Recognition from clients through testimonials
  • Authority to negotiate notice periods and rates of individual placements

  • You have a first experience in the Recruitment field and are now ready to advance your recruitment career and your personal profile
  • You believe in a long-term, authentic and personalized approach to clients and candidates.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word)
  • Client-focused, positive, proactive, persevering and enthusiastic
  • Excellent knowledge of the market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and propose alternative solutions
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and be multi-tasking
  • Team spirit
  • You are fluent in English and French
