As part of the FNR-funded CORE Junior project Resonant Raman scattering dynamics from first principles (RESRAMAN), we seek a highly motivated, talented, and skilled postdoctoral resarcher for the development and application of ab initio computational methods for the description and study of resonant Raman scattering in solid-state systems.
The successful applicant will work under the supervision of Dr. Sven Reichardt in the Theoretical Solid-State Physics group headed by Prof.
Ludger Wirtz, situated in the Department of Physics and Materials Sceince.
The group’s main focus is the theoretical and computational description and prediction of electronic, vibrational, and optical properties of materials from quantum mechanical first principles.
