IT Project Manager and Business / Integration Analyst Permanent contract, full time, Start-date : ASAP As an IT Project Manager and Business / Integration Analyst, you will be part of the Business Information Solutions (BIS) team acting in various challenging and rewarding roles aimed at helping achieve the 2019-
2023 IT Master Plan strategic goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions that span multiple technologies / platforms.
The focus can be on all project life cycle phases, covering functional design, configuration, development, technical architecture, change management and project management.
Key Accountabilities Create, maintain and manage the IBBL’s enterprise architecture and internal standards Define a formal approach to implement solutions, necessary to develop and operate the IS architecture Understand the business objectives that impact the architecture component (data, application, security, development etc.
Provide expertise to solve complex technical problems Take into account systems architecture requirements (ex : interoperability, maintainability, security etc.
Vendor and partner management.
Upgrade and evolutionary maintenance of Laboratory IT solutions Quality documentation preparation (Analysis, Development, Test, Implementation) and support for quality documentation Supervision or execution of bioinformatics and data analysis activities Maintain alignment between business evolution and technology developments Support IBBL IT Director in building an evolution strategy for IT systems and in designing the best solutions for complex projects.
Develop design patterns and models to assist the application team in designing consistent applications Verify and test system capacity, performance, and documentation of successful integration Investigate latest ICT technological developments to stay up to date Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications MSc or PhD in Computer Science or Life Science with extensive exp.
in programming and data management in a regulated Life Science environment 5+ years’ experience in similar position Demonstrated experience with software development and database management systems independently of platform or language Architecture frameworks, methodologies and systems design techniques and tools Proven experience in life science data analysis Software Application Design and Development Methodologies & Tools (RDBMS, Scripting, Java, Web applications, API) Good knowledge of database structures (Oracle) and SQL language, Windows Office programs and their development language and tools, web development (Java), querying, statistical and reporting tools (SQL, Crystal Report, Jasper report, Cognos, Business Objects, Power BI etc.
Interfacing and integration testing techniques between modules, systems and components experience Adaptability and ability to simultaneously approach project management problems, data-
processing problems, relation with users, providers, drafting of documents and the functional aspects of the activity Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-
solving environment Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner Methodical, autonomous and rigorous, showing dynamism, dedication and team spirit.
