They are looking for talented and driven people, focusing on quality over quantity in their day-to-day job.With a new role created within the cash team, they are looking for a passionate person to fulfil the role of Treasury Officer.
The new joiner will be in charge of liquidity projections, treasury operations, bank relationship management and payment.

Open and manage bank accounts, including securities / custody accounts where applicable
Ensure prompt and accurate settlement of payments (invoices, capital calls, drawdowns, funding, distributions, etc.)
Ensure compliance with the relevant business processes and controls
Review existing procedures with a view of improving them
Prepare automated and ad-hoc cash flow reports for internal and external parties
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and external partis in Luxembourg and overseas, for pre and post settlements verifications in order to avoid errors
Conduct when needed analysis of settlement errors and review the relevant internal procedures as a consequence
Manage cash reconciliation
Liaise with Legal department for updates on pledges and other guarantees on bank accounts
Liaise with the Tax team when needed to help complete FATCA and CRS requirements
The Profile :
University degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
3 years of experience in a similar role would be a minimum
Experience in the financial industry is preferred
Fluent English is mandatory, any other languages will be considered as an asset
Driven by result and quality work delivered in a timely manner
Solid MS Office skills (notably Excel and Outlook)
Strong attention to details and analytical skills
