DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be part of the EU Design and Construction team and will be responsible for process improvement and standards development for our pan-

EU specialist logistics building program.

The role will be based in Luxembourg and will involve occasional travel to locations within EU.

Main responsibilities are :

  • Improve the team’s efficiency though the development of processes, procedures, principles, policies and the standardization of the activity across countries.
  • Develop, implement, document and communicate the new processes and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate and train stakeholders on the processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
  • Understand the basic processes and standards of different departments across the organization, to identify workable process standards and best practices.
  • Understand different stakeholders' needs and how they integrate with the team's activities.

  • Develop, evaluate, review and simplify current working procedures to ensure adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
  • Identify activities, opportunities and bottlenecks to be addressed with process development and standardization.
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, architecture or construction management
  • 5+ years of experience in business administration or program / project management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective communication across cultures. Fluency in English required.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree, Master in Engineering or Architecture (or science / technology) +MBA
  • Proven analytical skills that can be used to identify patterns, outliers and opportunities
  • Familiarity of Standard Operating Procedures, Policy, Guideline and relevant documentation related to working within a construction industry
  • Expertise in continuous improvement initiatives and development of ongoing support pertaining to processes, administration and projects
  • Wide range of method skills and practical experience, especially on continuous improvement and change management
  • Experience with engaging with stakeholders or customers locally and across diverse geographical locations.
  • Knowledge of disciplines like construction, engineering, security, health & safety and logistics document management practices and procedures
  • Strong organization skills and great attention to detail
  • Speak other EU languages
