To support our growth, we,at KPMG Luxembourg are looking for a HR Admin and PayrollOfficer (m / f).

As Payroll Officer, you will :

  • Be in charge of the monthly Payroll preparation
  • Be the point of contact for Trainees and Students
  • Deal with employees requests regarding social security, taxes and administrative needs
  • Follow up with the Luxembourguish administrations
  • Be responsible for administrative tasks related to Payroll
  • Team spirit
  • Education requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or Business Administration
  • You are flexible, client focused and have strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in HR, Payroll being an asset
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office.
  • You are fluent in French and English and / or German and have good presentation and communication skills
