In order to support the growth in our Office Management department, we are currently looking for a : Trilingual Receptionist (m / f) Your next challenge : Physical reception of customers, visitors and collaborators;
Management of telephone calls by taking appropriate actions to ensure a professional and adequate response; Holding of meeting rooms and planning;
Realization of various administrative tasks. Your profile : If You have a high school diploma; You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position;
You are dynamic, proactive with a strong sense of customer service; You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
