The Financial Controller will manage all reporting activities for the German and the UK entities.

Description
Prepare monthly financial reports and run analysis of monthly performance
Quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Preparation of budgets and forecast, monitor cash flows
Support the consolidation and intercompany reconciliation process
Provide support to local finance team, including training and monitor performance
Review and approve the preparation of financial statements
Liaise with local and global functions teams, external auditors
Process improvement projects, ad-hoc projects
Profile
You have a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
You have 3-4 years of work experience in Commerce & Industry, or in Audit at a Big4
You are proficient in Excel
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are fluent in English, German or French will be considered as an asset
You are willing to travel
You are self-confident, analytic, result-driven, and a problem solver
You have entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills
