Responsibilities :

  • Executive PA services to be provided to the PFS
  • Meeting and travel bookings
  • Expense claims
  • Document preparation for meetings
  • General administrative support including room bookings and VC organisation
  • Providing general support to the Office Manager
  • Support for Supplier Management : procurement of goods and services, support the management of supplier relationships, co-
  • ordinating goods orders and service requests

  • HR Support : luncheon voucher management, management and reporting from the employee absence system
  • Requirements :

  • Prior experience in a similar role, with similar breadth of tasks
  • Strong organisation / planning skills
  • Ability to multi task and reprioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and comfortable working with other offices in different locations
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French are a must, Luxembourgish will be seen as an advantage
