Job Description

In this role you will work together with the sales team of your respective region (Middle East) in order to develop accounts strategic initiatives promoting Customer Success Management (CSM) solutions.

You will create accountability and drive both revenue and profitability results, with emphasis on being best in class in terms of both financial results and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales force (Account, Area and General Managers) in defining the value proposition for CSM solutions, including travelling together with Sales representatives to present to customers
  • Travel independently at customer locations(Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan) to present CSM solutions
  • Integrate CSM solutions into overall sales account strategies
  • Work with the CSM sales support organization to identify requirements and build proposals to meet customer’s expectations
  • Work with the CSM operations organization to close the loop of the value proposition by following up on delivered projects and identify key performance indicators to benchmark the achieved results.
  • Communicate to customers on projects achievements.

  • Train the sales force within your area of responsibility to be able to position independently CSM solutions. Update the sales force on the features and benefits of new available products
  • Be responsible for achieving the planned sales volume and rate of growth of CSM products in your geographical assigned area
  • Support sales plans forecasts and market intelligence
  • Provide feedback on current products to the organization to establish new product definitions that meet market requirements (e.
  • g. longevity, serviceability, ease of use, upgradeability)

  • Backup other geographical areas in same functions when required
  • Represent Husky at international trade events and industry related exhibitions
  • Qualifications

  • Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of work experience within the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis Product and Sales Management
  • Post graduate studies preferred but not required.
  • Advanced understanding of Husky’s strengths and current markets
  • Advanced knowledge of injection molding business drivers and system operation
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to build and present value propositions CSM solutions, starting by identifying customer needs
  • Excellent ability to integrate CSM products into an overall sales account strategy
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project, organization and time management skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages
