We are currently looking to recruit in ourHuman Resources team a :
HR BusinessPartner (m / f)
Take over a central role in our HR- team and actas privileged contact person for dedicated population;
Assure successful introduction and monitoringof our people;
Establish an operational and generalist HRcapability to support employees in their day-to-day HR matters;
Be the HR champion in the performancemanagement process;
Coordinate global mobility programs and workclosely with the global mobility team;
Act as a change agent and manage deploymentof people initiatives and programs within the allocated Service Line;
Build and maintain influential relationshipsbased on trust with your dedicated population to ensure effectivecollaboration;
Providing and analyzing periodic reports andstatistics;
Work closely with the local HR team torespond to queries where a specific functional knowledge or escalation arerequired;
Contribute to policy updates as needs arise;
Participate in relevant ad-hoc projects as appropriate.
You have Master degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR or Labor Law;
You have a first experience in HR (1 to 3 years) preferably within an international customer driven company;
You are fluent in English and French and / or German, any other language would be considered as an asset;
You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You have a significant knowledge of HR policies, processes and regulations; (Thorough knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law will be a great advantage)
You exhibit excellent business acumen;
You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment to anticipate the team's needs;
You possess a strong customer service culture;
You are well organized, flexible, and have excellent communication skills;
You are a cooperative, communicative and integrative person - even in tough situations.
