We are currently looking for a Human Resources Director for one of our clients, leader in its sector, in the context of a department creation.
Reporting to the General Management within a family company, you are responsible for the HR strategy of the company, its steering and monitoring of its implementation over the long term.
You provide advice, training and support to the various operational departments. This involves leading, managing and developing the human resources department, identifying and implementing mechanisms to ensure cooperation and communication.
You ensure relations with trade unions and employment authorities, including the negotiation of collective labour agreements and the coordination of complaints.
You are a source of Human Resources knowledge in response to requests from employees, management or colleagues in Human Resources.
You also ensure compliance with employment regulations and legal requirements, and advise on all matters related to employment law in Luxembourg and other European countries.
You are a real force of proposition, you know how to convince and support the different teams within the framework of change management.
You have a solid knowledge of social legislation and labour law in Luxembourg. You have at least 10 years of experience in a position involving responsibility.
Knowledge of French and English is essential to succeed in this position, knowledge of German is a plus and any other language is an advantage....
