Our client is a Corporate Services affiliate to one of the world's largest alternative investment firm, and established in Luxembourg.
They are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of :
Associate - Portfolio Management - Opportunistic / Debt department
Your mission :
As Associate, you are responsible of the preparation of accounting and reporting for a number of pan European Real Estate portfolios, and more specifically :
Reporting :
Monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting
Participation to consolidation process
Participation to reconciliations and reports
Portfolio Management : assist with on-boarding, acquisition and disposition
Cash management :
Cash distribution analysis and make safe cash repatriation to investors
Control the cash requirements of the different entities
Preparation of external debt financials
Financial Accounting :
Evaluate and interpret monthly and quarterly financial metrics and data
Preparation of intercompany reconciliations
Preparation of local and group GAAP adjustments
Prepare and review the accounting entries of the entities with external service providers
Compliance & Risk : ensure legal and statutory compliance with the legal & compliance department
Your profile :
Degree in accounting or accounting certification (ACCA)
2-5 years relevant professional experience (with at least 1 year experience in Real Estate)
Team player, attentive to detail, good organization skills
Capacity to respect deadlines and to perform under pressure
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbally and in writing)
Computer skills and accounting software (Yardi is an advantage)
