We are currently looking for support in Sales for one of our branches. In the role of Hybrid Architectural & Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales activities to indirect as well as direct clients to drive the growth of the business.
This is a remote position and can be based within the Baltic States or Poland.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Market Monitoring Track the most recent market intelligence information about key international client accounts
Relationship Management Define a priority plan including the key players and maintain existing relationships and expand business network as well as supporting the Marketing and Pricing teams with relevant information
Project identification & Schematic Design Identifying construction projects in the inception phase, gathering information about involved players, assessing the scope of the project, and contacting and offering to collaborate with stakeholders to qualify projects by determining its scope
Design Development Collaborate with architects to draft building material specifications and validating them resulting in final design
Identify the general contractor bidding for the project and the relationships they have with potential clients, sharing information with the Territory Sales Management Team in relation to contractor selection, competitor evaluation and cost estimates and facilitating a smooth handover of the project to ensure the contract is secured and monitoring the conversion rate for leads transferred to the Territory Sales Management Team.
Strategy and Commercial Planning Define the account plan and determining the level of discounts for specific customers
Quotation and Custom Price Lists - Responding to non-standard / project quotation enquiries, negotiating prices, ensuring contracts are concluded on agreed terms and monitoring order and dispatch activities
The Experience You Will Bring
Proven experience working as a territory sales manager
Experience with construction or building sector
Great networking capability as well as problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong entrepreneurial skills
Capable of establishing credibility, mutual respect, and authority within the functional groups
Excellent written, verbal and listening skills for effective communication and understanding
Excellent communication skills in English

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field
