A ManCo specialised in Real Estate and perfectly located in the city centre of Luxembourg is actively looking for a Senior Legal Officer to join its legal department.
This ManCo, specialized in Real Estate , is a real leader in the European Market. With an existence of + 20 years , this entity owns a strong and trustful client's portfolio and offers a real added-value .
It has a strong & established reputation in Europe! You will be part of the Legal team of around 10 people and work in close collaboration with the other co-workers, especially with the Manager of the department.

Act as a real support for the legal team, supervise and prepare trainings for the junior legal profiles
Make sure that the legal activities of the entities are in line with the local regulations and coordinate the transactions (from a legal perspective)
Collaborate closely with other departments of the company, in Luxembourg but also with the entities abroad
You hold a relevant of minimum 5 years in a similar position in Luxembourg
You have strong knowledge of the transactions from A to Z
You are perfectly fluent in English
