Learning Implementation Coordinator (M/F)

Your role :

You will coordinate the implementation of learning plans on the One Arendt level and implement learning solutions sold by Arendt Institute by :

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations;
  • Ensuring timely closing process for internal and external learning programmes;
  • Maintaining and contributing to the definition of learning plans for our organisation;
  • Acting as a point of contact for One Arendt learners and client learners;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal learning policies;
  • Managing external training providers;
  • Implementing internal training marketing strategy ;
  • Managing the learning experience platforms;
  • Supporting the HR team with training programme information;
  • Assisting with instructional design, course authoring, and asset creation activities when needed;
  • Contributing to the development of new processes, and streamlining existing processes within the department;
  • Collaborating on continuous quality and process improvements through innovation, technology and creativity;
  • Managing the learning officers

  • Answering their questions, assisting them in solving their issues, and overseeing their work for quality and guideline compliance;
  • Providing encouragement to learning officers, including communicating goals, delegating tasks, motivating them and identifying areas for continuous improvement;
  • Contributing to the inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
  • Encouraging creativity and initiative-taking.
  • Reporting on Arendt Learning Activities

  • Creating bespoke learning reports performance, KPIs, at programme level, client level, organisation level ;
  • Designing and leading all training reporting, evaluation and survey management.
  • Your profile :

  • You hold a University degree;
  • You have a prior successful experience in a similar coordinating function (3 to 5 years), ideally within the learning department of an organization or within a training organization;
  • You have team management experience;
  • You are fluent in both English and French; any other languages will be considered an asset;
  • You demonstrate good listening skills and an ability to put yourself in your client shoes;
  • You have good analytical skills, are rigorous and result oriented;
  • You are a good team player while being able to work independently and autonomously
  • You have a sound practical knowledge of MS Office suite
