Oversight responsibilities :
Meeting financial and operational targets.
Actively managing and mitigating risks.
Helping to improve controls and procedures.
Defining and setting up a multi-jurisdictional framework.
Supervising cross-disciplinary projects.
Operational responsibilities :
Analysing private equity and real estate investments.
Executing subscription transactions
Monitoring and executing call and distribution events.
Coordinating execution with bank back offices.
Updating client portfolios.
Responding to client customer requests and ensuring high-quality relationships with fund / wealth managers.
Providing periodic reports to clients and partners.
Coordinating audit requests relating to investments.
Being involved in the department’s development projects.
Providing support for juniors and trainees.
University degree in Finance, Law or Economics.
3-5 years’ experience in the PERE industry : Product MO Risk Audit.
Experience in wealth management / private banking would be a plus.
Sound grasp of the Luxembourg funds regulatory environment.
Substantial experience in alternative products (i.e. PE / RE investments), especially in fund of fund structures.
Specific knowledge :
Excellent spoken English and French. Any other language would be an asset.
Excellent interaction skills with clients.
Very good MS Office skills.
eFront skills would be an advantage.
