In this role, you will be working with product managers, software developers, program managers and operational partners to improve the customer return experience and re-commerce programs.
You will champion global Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, devise strategies, and guide and implement the improvement effort across Europe.
You will be a leader, required to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and business retail teams to design scalable and automated solutions to customer problems.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop product features and functions that will be used by sellers, warehouse associates and customers worldwide.
Create and prioritize a multi-year product roadmap for a global seller base, while defining business requirements shaped as user stories.
Collaborate with other product managers, engineering teams, UX designers, partners in operations, and international stakeholders to create a product vision for new recovery options.
Recommend ways to scale a Day 1 business by leveraging reverse logistics operations, and using excellent working backwards thinking.
Own the product development and strategy with a 3-5 years horizon.
5+ years of product management experience
Experience with Excel, SQL, and MS Project
Able to travel 10% of the time
MBA or MS preferred
Tableau, SQL Server
Background in agile methodology and working with technical teams
Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Retail experience
