The Head of HR is a key member & partner of the senior management team, reporting to the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources and will plan and execute significant change initiatives that impact organization growth, strategy implementation, operational optimization, and cultural transformation.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Partners with the Board and the Senior Management team to assess and fulfil the needs of the business and formulate the HR Strategy accordingly;
Plans and executes the HR Strategy for Luxembourg HQ, cooperates closely with peers in various countries;
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing employee relations, retention, learning and organizational development, total rewards, and HR technology;
Ensure all human resource activities are following the laws of the countries in which the business units operate;
Continue to build efficient and data driven HR infrastructure;
Uphold, nurture, and sustain company culture that promotes great performance and a positive attitude;
Develop programs to allow the company to embrace diverse employees of all backgrounds and to permit the full development and performance of all employees;
Drive employer branding in close cooperation with Communications Department;
Manage any other activities defined by the Board.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management is required; MBA / MS is preferred;
10-15 years of experience in senior human resource management, preferably within global IT industry;
High energy and resourceful leader with the capability to quickly take control of responsibilities and establish themselves as a credible business partner;
Influence and drive change across all levels of the organization;
Outstanding leadership and communication skills with the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner and develop trust and influence;
Proven success in evaluating and recommending appropriate solutions to ensure HR is properly aligned to support an ever-growing and complex organization;
English : excellent written and verbal skills, French is an advantage.
