Regulatory Fund Documents Specialist 18 month contract We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and self-driven professional to join our Regulatory Fund Documentation team.
In this role you will be in charge of co-ordinating the entire report production process, liaising with various internal and external parties.
You will work in an international environment and have the opportunity to support our European-wide process harmonization project.
This position can be either located in Luxembourg or Frankfurt / Main.
Key Responsibilities Oversight of the report production process for funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Germany, Ireland, France, UK and Italy in close cooperation with various internal and external parties, such as Fund Accountant, Auditors, Client Account Management as well as external service providers Support of the finalization of auditor onboarding in Europe Information management tasks such as data dissemination to external recipients in terms of static data as well as in terms of MiFID II data (coordination of the European MIFID Template preparation and dissemination together with the external service provider) Support of the project of European Harmonization of reporting processes in collaboration with the service provider for typesetting Key Requirements / Skills & Knowledge Work experience either in asset management or audit in the area of fund accounting Good knowledge of asset management regulations and related requirements in terms of reporting Degree in business administration or comparable qualifications Good project management skills Proficiency in MS Office products Strong analytical skills as well as a high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail High commitment, motivation and willingness to take on responsibility Fluency in German and English, other languages such as French and Italian are beneficial We offer an attractive, performance-
