Job Description : RST Team
The IT monitoring allows to anticipate the failures and to avoid the breakdowns. The purpose is to measure exactly the activities of your system and to determine tolerance thresholds not to exceed.
The goal of our business among others is to allow an early reaction through alerting systems and, in the best case, be able to act pro-actively.
In this approach, the technical infrastructure is seen as the support of the business activity. It is essential to bring professional and technical stakeholders together around the table, some of them providing their knowledge of the business process, the others providing the sources to be used to calculate the selected indicators.
Main activity : Treatment, incident resolution or redirection to another level, several points of contact by phone, email, ticketing tool, we are the first line in front of the customer.
The RST team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Responsibilities / Competencies
All incidents, problems encountered by our customers are first assigned to the RST team, which then embarks on a race against time to resolve the incident as soon as possible, until the RST contacts, if necessary, the appropriate senior team to resolve this incident (technical or management escalation).
The RST team is also responsible for activating the management of major incidents for critical and strategic applications or infrastructures.
RST team deals with different activities :
