Responsibilities :

Help develop a research agenda looking at Weather and Climate risk, with particular emphasis on climate change related risks, including physical, transition and liability risks

Actively collaborate in ERM projects and initiatives across the EMEA region

Work with the organization to translate academic knowledge and provide insights towards risk associated with products and services

Engage with wider academic and industry to understand latest findings, emerging scientific consensus and risk trends that can feed leverage the Company’s internal and external proposition

Present technical solutions to internal and external clients in a digestible and easy to understand manner

Support the coordination of the ERM approach towards business plan challenge and review, including, but not limited to, ORSA

Qualifications required :

Honours degree in a relevant subject

Experience required :

Experience working as a PMO / Junior Project Manager in an insurance / risk based environment

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MIS tools such as PowerBI / Tableau

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and an ability to use your own initiative and prioritize
