A software editor in Luxembourg is looking for a Software Support Specialist to join their IT pole specialized in onboarding clients.

This group is employing almost 900 people around their different offices across the world . Their solution is used by several of the top 50 companies and is trusted to provide high end security over internal information.

As a Software Support Specialist you will ensure effective frontend and backend functionality of the application . You will also follow up the integration of the solution and help resolve issues that might appear along the way.

You will be in touch with the clients in order to keep the services up to the SLA's. With strong knowledge of . Net and Angular , you are able to take decisions or report to the Senior Engineers in order to maintain the application running.

You will receive a competitive salary package up to 60k according to your profile and experience. You will also receive meal vouchers for your lunch breaks.

A discretionary bonus will be awarded depending on your performance and the company's. The schedules are very flexible and the extra hours will be converted into days off.

Mission

Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance

Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates

Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics

Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements

Profile

Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as .Net ( , Core,C#) and JavaScript (Angular, )

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

You speak English and French fluently, German is an asset
