Communications / Marketing Officer (F / M)

This is an exciting time for Victor Buck Services as we look to further develop our image and products’ brand. As a communication officer, you will work closely with Senior Management as you will :
Define a coherent marketing and communication strategy together with Senior Management
Organise events, roadshows and PR opportunities.
Deliver and execute the B2B marketing strategy and communications plan to support new product as well as client acquisitions and retention
Create relevant and appealing content for our target audience, all neatly communicated in our company tone-of-voice.
Assures integrity of the brand in communications by providing clear guidelines and reviewing materials Managing our corporate identity and our communication channels (Mailings, Social media, Website, Online video channels, etc.).
Articulate and promote the brand internally to ensure consistent messaging and actions
Develop and maintain the sales tools (documents, templates, ppt ) that support the selling process of the products & services.
Maintain company’s social media accounts and update the company’s website
Assist management in defining a Marketing and Communication budget
Collaborating closely with a variety of intern and external stakeholders and agencies
You can show us that :
Online marketing strategies, online advertising, social media, SEO / SEA have no secrets for you
You are able to work digital platforms for marketing campaigns like email marketing campaigns, websites and videos
You have user skills regarding web content management
Intellectual curiousity is second nature to you and you are willing to learn about our products and industry
You are MS Office suite literate
Your English / French are excellent
You are creative-minded, autonomous and have a pro-active approach
You are committed, open-minded and a communicative team player able to work in a fast pace environment
