established operations in Luxembourg.
As the business is growing rapidly, they are now looking to hire an additional person to support the finance department in its daily activities.
The position is split between administrative and accounting oriented tasks and the reporting is done to the Senior Administrator and Account Manager.
Therefore, this is ideal for someone with an excellent sense of organization and attention to details and who wishes to progress.
Handling other secretarial and office related tasks.
The Profile : A high-school degree (BAC) or equivalent; Experience or knowledge of Yardi software is an advantage; Fluency in English is mandatory, and French / German / Spanish / Dutch are considered as advantages; MS Office knowledge.
Further skills required for our client are : problem solving (identifying issues and being proactive in proposal of solutions), good planning and organization (setting priorities and goals, and analysing them for future improvement), teamwork and client focus (cooperating and working within a team towards customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and maintaining good relationships).
