Your responsibilities As Business Analyst / IT Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, not being limited to : Work directly with customers to gather, scope and understand business requirements, and steer them towards our client’s best practice solutions.

Participate in defining the projects in collaboration with the business : Perimeter, IT solution orientation, development’s budget, risk evaluation Interact with clients both for business and technical specifications.

  • Manage the progress of projects; report on the progress and oversee project steering committees; Elaborate the team planning keeping in mind a given set of deadlines;
  • Write / maintain business analysis and solution documents.

    Identify and document core product gaps.

    Control developments regarding functional specifications; Configure and test the system to ensure that it meets the business requirements.

    Create and validate test scenarios.

    Follow up with the Client’s end users to validate the solution delivered, achieve sign off, and continue to move the system towards go-live.

    Manage issues and track timeline of deliverables, and proactively keep the Client informed of progress.

    Deliver documentation and training material; Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement (process enhancements), analyzing, problem-

  • solving, monitoring implementation, assisting with development, maintenance and quality of services; Coordinate actions related to client requests;
  • provides technical knowledge in IT / Business meetings; Your profile You have a Master's degree in IT, Finance, Engineering;
  • You have from minimum 3 years of experience in project management or business analysis within the life insurance or banking sector with a focus on software implementation;
  • You have organizational and time management skills; You are solution driven with an ability to chase the business when needed You have experience in conflict management, negotiation, able to identify risks and communicate them;
  • You are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented; You are able to work under pressure (stress resistant); You are fluent in French and have good command in English;
  • You have experience in writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities.

    You have good knowledge of SQL / Oracle.
