What is the opportunity?

As Manager in Accounting Services you will be responsible for the accounting, the consolidation and the financial reporting delivery for entities and fund investing through private capital investment strategy such as Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Debt.

In alignment with RBCI&TS global operating model, the various types of vehicles (SICAV, FCP, SICAF, SICAR, Securitization Vehicles, Limited Partnership, Unit Trust, Holding companies and General Partnership) included in the client portfolio are allocated among several accounting groups and locations.

What will you do?

  • Be part of a team of accountants and ensure client delivery while always improving efficiencies and quality of the services
  • Ensure an efficient operational working environment with clear processes and metrics
  • Contribute to RBC Investor Services overall growth and profitability objectives through quality of service and efficiency of operations in line with our Group guiding principles
  • Ensure constructive dialogue and issue solving with internal & external stakeholders
  • Support the product development and sales activities
  • Support implementation of new IT operational infrastructure in order to continuously increase the systems interactions
  • What do you need to succeed?
  • Must-have

  • Between 3 to 8 years in a similar position with hand-on experience / Degree in Accounting or Finance / Strong GAAP and IFRS accounting background
  • Expertise in funds with private capital investment strategy (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Debt)
  • Strong management, analytical and organizational skills required
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and graphic) and research abilities / Fluent in both English and French is a must
  • Professional, detail oriented, self starter and team player that is able to work well independently, as well as with others / Must be able to multi-
  • task and pick up tasks quickly


  • Experience in Framework, Investran, eFront or comparable accounting software
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to deal with fund structures and complex products
