Our Data Team is now looking for a forward-thinking and smart individual to the continuous improvement and deployment of the Data & Analytics capabilities within the company.
He / She will be responsible for helping teams leverage data and identify insights gained from data analysis aiming to improve efficiency, increase productivity, and drive profits for the business.
We are seeking for outstanding individuals that love data, are self-starters, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and that enjoy working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day-to-day basis.
As a Data Analyst, your main missions will be to :
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze, identify, and prioritize business requirements.
Modeling data related to specific business objectives, interpreting trends and patterns in complex datasets.
Orchestrate data collection from several data sources understanding data models and its constraints.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to monitor and analyze data quality enhancing data accuracy.
Mine and analyze data from CRM & ERP Systems to drive optimization and improvement of data processes.
Effectively communicate data analysis results to stakeholders and discuss action plans.
Be involved in data transformation / automation projects from end-to-end.
Be enthusiastic about changing the corporate culture to value data-driven decisions and to evangelize others on using data to increase operational efficiencies.
The perfect candidate :
University Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
2, 3+ years preferred as Data Analyst or similar role.
Experience working with stakeholders to define business requirements for KPIs development.
Knowledge using statistical computer languages (i.e., SQL, R, Python) for data modelling and draw insights from large data sets.
Knowledge and experience with ETL for data cleansing and data loading processes.
Knowledge on data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, QlikView, Tableau).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, in particular the ability to explain complex solutions to a non-technical audience.
