Amazon Prime Membership Optimization Journey (MOJO) team is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to help drive the evolution of the world's biggest customer membership program, and specifically the new customer journey and payment experience built by the MOJO team.
The focus of the role is to build new metrics, reports, analytical products and deep dives needed to assess the business impact of new products and features and help innovate faster.
This role will work closely not only with the MOJO team but qith the rest of Prime teams, including local teams, Acquisition, Retention, Finance and Prime Decision Sciences, a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, Research Scientists, Business Analysts and Product Managers whose vision is to enable insight driven decision-making for Amazon Prime worldwide.

You will have the chance to work with and understand all aspects of customers’ interactions with Amazon, from subscription behaviors to shipping usage, from usage of digital benefits (Music / Video / Reading / Twitch) to payments and fraud.
Your work will encompass the end-to-end development of self-service reporting, analytical investigations and data sciences.
You will use your excellent communication and technical skills to translate a variety of business problems into analytical solutions, collaborating with and challenging business owners (Marketing and Product Managers) to make better decisions on behalf of Amazon and our customers.
