ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be based in Luxembourg and will play a crucial role in the Technical Support team. The mission of our Technical Support Engineer is to prepare, test, deploy, pilot, document and support existing and newly developed solutions delivered by 3C Payment.
Further tasks are executing regular maintenance, second level support and error diagnostics.
The ideal Technical Support Engineer will :
Fully prepare 3C products and solutions in a production environment;
Test, troubleshoot and install 3C products and solutions, remotely or at the customers premises;
Follow up, analyze and reports the status of the installed solutions;
Document the new solutions;
Provide internal or external technical advice about 3C solutions;
Provide internal or external training on 3C solutions.
Fluent English (spoken and written);Other language is an asset (French, German, Spanish, Dutch, etc.)
Availability to travel worldwide;
Availability to work shifts / nights / weekends;
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of the payments industry is an advantage;
Skills & Experience
IT or Electronics degree or relevant experience;
CP / IP network knowledge;
Good Linux knowledge;
Basic SQL knowledge;
Scripting or any other programming language is a plus
