Within our HR department, the HC Project Coordinator is part of our HR Transformation Team. The HC Project Coordinator actively supports the team in the delivery of strategic HR projects and in the implementation of new HR tools and processes.
As a HR Project Coordinator (m / f), you will :
Facilitate small to medium size projects by acting in all project phases;
Support the Project Manager on large projects;
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders;
Set up regular reporting;
Participate in the construction of an appropriate communication plan;
Participate in the reflexion and implementation of new features in current HR tools and processes;
Evaluate existing date and flow processes and propose adjustments;
Propose Project management templates or tools support for the team;
Watch HR trends from a local and global perspective;
Participate in the delivery of some HR firm events.
You hold a Master's degree in Human Resources;
You have at least 1-2 years of experience on a similar role;
You have a knowledge of HR practices and of basic Luxembourg Labour Laws;
You are computer literate, especially in Excel, World, PowerPoint and Sharepoint;
You have a knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques;
You are fluent in both English and French;
You are client-service and solution oriented;
You have great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects;
You are able to work under pressure and strong time constraints;
You are known for your ability to act professionally and build trustful business relationships.
