As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for a dedicated area, as well as other HR projects / recruiting initiatives linked to talent attraction.

Tasks / responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process (i.e. check position approvals, review job descriptions, screen and handle applications, interview and select candidates, communicate and negotiate contract offers, coordinate background screening, etc.)
  • Conduct direct search via LinkedIn for complex positions
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Build strong relationships with the managers and the employees of your area
  • Organise & participate in job fairs, company presentations or other employer branding activities
  • Monitor and apply best practices to recruit key talents
  • Participate and support in other talent acquisition initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Update Recruitment Policies and Procedures on a regular basis
  • Mentor recruitment interns
  • Qualifications / required skills

  • Holder of a BSc / MSc preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant field
  • At least 5 years prior work experience as a recruiter, ideally in an international financial services environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; confidence in communicating with senior level candidates and senior stakeholders across the firm
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Social Media oriented and experience with social platforms
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors will be considered as an asset
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of German and French are highly valued
