Reporting to the Chief Operating Office and working in a team of 4, you will be both internal and external Project Manager.
In this role you have to support the development of new services, improving of processes and the on boarding of new clients.
As Project Manager, you will lead, coordinate, follow-up and report on ongoing projects in line with the services provided by JAO and may evolve accordingly.
The projects are either related to market design / development, to the further development of our IT systems or the enlargement of our working area.
The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for stakeholders in regards to new projects. The role may imply regular travelling.
You will coordinate future business development including drafting of roadmaps and sequences
As main point of contact you will hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
You must coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
From the beginning on you will assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage any changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
You are capable to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Identify and keep track of risks and possible mitigation measured
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Nice To Have Requirements
You are certified PMP / PRINCE II it is a plus
You hold a Master degree in the fields of computer science or engineering or hold a minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable position or in the energy markets
Experience in working in a multicultural environment
