    Our Real Estate team has been advising key players of the sector, whether local or international, and has gained a strong reputation over the years as a result of its successful involvements in major Real Estate transactions.

    In the context of the continuous development of our activities, we are currently recruiting an :

    Junior Lawyer (m / f) in our Real Estate team

    As a member of our Real Estate team, you will advise our local and international clients on the above-mentioned areas.

    As part of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice area, our Real Estate team work on a large variety of areas of the Real Estate sector, including in particular :

  • Acquisition and disposal of properties (asset deals and share deals)
  • Office and commercial lease agreements
  • Development projects
  • Construction
  • Zoning and urban planning
  • Environment
  • Administrative law, including licensing for the regulated real estate activities and public procurement
  • Support to the other practice areas of the firm and our Luxembourg office (Real Estate finance, investment funds, )
  • Real Estate related disputes
  • Some of your various responsibilities will include :

  • Drafting of client memoranda and client correspondence;
  • Drafting of contractual documentation;
  • Legal research in any of our practice areas;
  • Managing legal audits;
  • Managing Real Estate related transactions (from the preliminary discussions until post-completion steps);
  • Attending meetings with clients and third parties;
  • Drafting and preparing of procedural documents (court applications, written submissions, legal exhibits, ) and settlement agreements;
  • Drafting of research notes for the benefit of the department;
  • Presentation of new developments in laws, regulations, case law and legal doctrine at fortnightly department meetings.
  • What we are looking for :

  • You have 1-3 years' experience in the Real Estate area, ideally gained within a specialized team within a Luxembourg law firm.
  • You have a good knowledge of civil, commercial law, urban planning and administrative law.
  • You successfully passed an academic degree in law. A specialisation in Real Estate law is considered an asset.
  • You are ideally admitted to the 'Liste II' or undertaking the CCDL.
  • You are fluent in French and English. Any additional language skills (particularly in German and / or Luxembourgish) would be considered as an asset.
  • Commitment, team spirit and communication skills are required qualities to progress in a stimulating environment.
