Our ambition is to build a unique ecosystem and partner with you through all the key moments of your life.The HR team, composed of Emeline Repplinger, HRBP, Arlindo Santos, HR & Facility Officer and Carole Prigent as Chief People officer, is looking for their new HRBP colleague to join the team ! Your role : The HRBP will partner with the executive team, the managers and the teams to develop and execute HR strategies, on the whole employee experience : talent sourcing, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
In addition, the HRBP will own processes that run across the HR team.This role implies a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, collaborate and coach across many teams, levels, and situations.
Here’s a snapshot of some of your key deliverables : Strong focus on Sourcing
Strategically partner with our managers to define and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies that identify exceptional talent to meet our workforce plan
Be a brand champion, who drives brand awareness both in the hiring process and via social media
Become a trusted partner to line management and teams
Ensure every hiring process align with best practices, upholds our diversity commitments and gives candidates a great experience
Proactively use LinkedIn Boolean searching to identify both local and international passive talent
Be solutions orientated and support the business to continuously evolve its process and policies.
Talent, Performance & Development and other
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers (requests from staff on employment law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, compensation, etc.)
Build and manage engagement of talent pools
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, complex employee situation, disciplinary actions)
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
What we are looking for :
Someone with a few runs on the board in hiring tech & digital talent from an agency or inhouse recruitment function
Confident in using job boards to hunt for passive talent and provide market intelligence insights
Passionate about social media and non-traditional hiring strategies
Mature in listening, coaching, working collaboratively
Bold, enthusiastic, structured and who likes to get things done
Confident with HR legal aspects, guidelines and regulations
Data driven, analytical
Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused commercial lens
Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment
Fluent English and French. German will be an additional asset
Master level in Business, Digital and or HR, 1-3 years of experience maximum in similar role.
