Corporate Secretary No Overtime, Low Turn Over You have the ambition to join a human sized yet international structure ?

Our partner is a PSF that was created more than ten years ago and employs around 30 employees. Our partner has diversified services such as accounting, tax and compliance.

Thanks to the development, the company is currently looking for a Corporate Secretary. The portfolio that you will work on will be composed of investment funds.

You should note that there is no turnover in this structure, which allows you to be reassured and suggests that the employees feel good.

Team buildings will be organized to allow you to have a great time with your colleagues and get to know them better.After your working hours, you can enjoy time with your family because overtime is not part of the organization .

You can also benefit from flexible hours to organize yourself in the best possible way to avoid traffic jams. Your Responsibilities Corporate Secretary PSF - Legal

You will be required to take notes during the various meetings such as client meetings and board meetings.

You will be the support of the Corporate Officer in the liquidation of funds.

You will be responsible for handling client requests from the incorporation to liquidation, such as organizing board meetings, opening bank accounts and publishing the articles of association.

You will be responsible for the publication of the various annual accounts on the registers.

Following the board meetings of regulated funds, you will have to prepare various reports .

You will work on a client base focused on fund and management companies.

Profile and Career Path Corporate Secretary PSF Legal

You have a good knowledge of investment funds as these are the clients you will be exposed to.

You have 4 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary in a PFS , Service Provider or fiduciary in Luxembourg.

You have a good level in English and French to communicate easily with the clients.

You are looking to join a stable PFS that does not have any turnover, which shows that the employees feel good.
