The successful candidate will be part of an international group and work in a human-sized office based in Luxembourg City.
You will have the opportunity to work with the Legal Team, ensuring the day to day administration of their various companies.
The international presence of the group will provide challenges every day. Your main responsibilities : Management of incoming and outgoing mails Scanning and filing of documents Organise signature of documents Schedule and coordination of internal / external meetings Updating and tracking invoices, expenses and payments.
