We are looking for a Data Analyst who will support our teams with insights gained from analysing internal and external data.
You will enjoy working with large volumes of data and is passionate about learning new technologies. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that will support the Kerry business achieve its strategic growth targets.
Contribute to next generation data-driven projects
Mine and analyze data from company (CRM & ERP Systems) and external databases to drive optimisation and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize opportunity creation, where to play targeting and other business outcomes
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
Data visualization in PowerBI or experience with data preparation / modelling in the coding language R or Python
First experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.
and their real-world advantages / drawbacks
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.
and experience with applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to explain complex solutions to a non-technical audience
You are creative, self-motivated, try things out on your own and simply get things done.
