Our client, major actor in banking European sector, is looking for a new "Operational and Accounting Assistant" to provide support to the IT Department for a temporary position.
The candidate will coordinate and provide office support and secretarial assistance in order to contribute to the effective day-
to-day operation of the IT Department.
The candidate will manage the purchasing administration, the invoice processing, and the workflow monitoring (purchasing and invoices).
The candidate will be a support for all the reporting and administrative tasks for the Budget Officer, the Contract Managers and the Head of Unit.
The candidate speaks fluently English, has at least a first experience in administrative and accounting support and masters Microsoft Office.
