Your team

  • FundPartner Solutions (Europe) ("FPS Europe"), a Pictet Group company set up in January 2012, offers its clients a first-rate fund administration service and, in anticipating future regulatory challenges, positions itself as a management company dedicated to third-party fund ;
  • FPS Europe is a Luxembourg UCITS and AIFM management company subject to Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment, as well as the Law of 12 July 2013.

    FPS Europe covers all the tasks related to fund administration, including fund accounting and NAV calculation, risk management, transfer agent, distribution and domiciliary services, together with investment controlling and a Director's Office.

    In doing so, it offers the entire range of services related to aspects of risk, governance and regulations.

    Your role

    You will be responsible for coordination, execution and ongoing monitoring within the set deadlines of investment operations (acquisitions, commitments, transfers, capital calls, distributions, etc.

  • on private equity and real estate ;
  • Covering both asset management and asset servicing products, you will provide, among other things, reporting, performance calculation as well as coordinating and following up on audits.

  • You will also act as the main interlocutor for fund / wealth ;
  • Furthermore, you will be involved in cross-departmental projects across Pictet’s business lines. Oversight responsibilities :

  • Meeting financial and operational ;
  • Actively managing and mitigating risks.
  • Helping to improve controls and procedures.
  • Defining and setting up a multi-jurisdictional framework.
  • Supervising cross-departmental projects.
  • Operational responsibilities :

  • Analysing private equity and real estate investments.
  • Executing subscription ;
  • Monitoring and executing call and distribution events.
  • Coordinating execution with the Bank’s back offices.
  • Updating client portfolios.
  • Dealing with client requests and ensuring a high-quality relationship with fund / wealth managers.
  • Providing periodic reports to clients and partners.
  • Coordinating audit requests relating to investments.
  • Being involved in the department’s development projects.
  • Helping juniors and trainees.
  • Your profile

  • University degree in Finance, Law or Economics.
  • Three to five years’ experience in the PERE industry : Product MO Risk Audit.
  • Experience in wealth management / private banking would be a plus.
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg fund regulatory ;
  • Substantial experience in alternative products ( PE / RE investments), especially in fund of fund structures.
  • Excellent spoken English and French. Any other language would be a plus.
  • Able to interact easily with clients.
  • Highly skilled user of the MS Office suite.
  • eFront skills would be a plus.
  • As the successful candidate, you will show a precise and rigorous approach to your work as well as being solution driven.

    Furthermore, you will be able to work independently as well as being a team player. You will also have an enquiring mind, be a quick learner and have well-developed critical faculties.
