Vos missions au quotidien

Support in answering Request for Proposals :

Closely working with the Sales Facilitation team members, you will follow the process from opportunity identification to answer formalization, each RFP being to that extent a mini project :

  • For each RFP, task encompass internal players’ coordination, retro planning definition, direct answer to standard questions, final answer production, and oral presentations and due diligences preparation;
  • A plus would be to contribute to continuous process improvement, such as market watch, standard content richness, format (e.
  • g. use of digital tools).

    Jointly with and upon guidance from the sales team, help strengthen, coordinate and monitor SGSS coverage toward Key Clients and Prospects :

  • Drive the local Account Planning exercise (annual reviews of coverage action plans for SGSS Top 100 Clients and Prospects);
  • Organise Client Days for our key clients;
  • Follow-up upon the commercial activity deriving from marketing campaigns and consolidate client feedbacks;
  • Ensure data quality in the Customer Relationship Management tool to maximize invitees’ list accuracy hence campaigns’ effectiveness.
  • Monitor the commercial activity thus contributing to its better steering :

  • Produce and analyse key indicators (client meetings, NBI, pipeline), to be afterward circulated to the commercial teams, the Coverage Department management, and SGSS executive management;
  • Guarantee, via regular surveillance and action, data input quality by the sales teams in the Customer Relationship Management.
  • Accompany business development :

  • Jointly with the sales teams, prepare commercial presentations for strategic client meetings (promote within that context usage of innovative methods);
  • Aggregate prospect universe and systematize prospect identification within these universes;
  • Due to activity seasonality, the Sales Facilitator might also be involved in ad hoc topics important for SGSS and requiring punctual reinforcement.

  • English native or perfectly fluent;
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge;
  • A good knowledge of VBA & good understanding of Investment Banking and Securities Services activities would be a plus;
  • Good people skills;
  • Sales acumen;
  • Quality orientation;
  • Skills in sales methods and marketing;
  • Position not subject to MIF II.
  • Start date : ASAP

  • Full-time internship for a 6 months period;
  • Internship agreement needed.

    The short-listed candidates will be invited to one or more face to face interviews in order to discuss about their experience, skills and values.

    In order to finalize the recruitment process, the selected candidate will have to present a certain number of supporting documents before his integration (copy of diplomas, proof of previous jobs, and possibly an extract of the criminal record (bulletin n 3 for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
