Amazon is growing its Marketplace and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) businesses aggressively. In this context, Amazon Services EU is looking for a talented, passionate and analytically driven Sr Program Manager to grow the Fulfilment by Amazon business across Europe.
Your primary objective will be to define, implement and manage life cycle communication to grow FBA Seller acquisition and FBA Seller success.
You will be expected to understand deeply the Seller journey to adopt FBA and the FBA value proposition for each stage and Seller, methodically optimize and automate processes and message, and identify new opportunities to innovate our communication to grow our business, defining roadmap and leading execution of a diverse set of projects.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Define FBA marketing and education strategy for Amazon Sellers, including targeting and personalization strategy, and implement it across internal channels.
Work with content and design specialists to deliver high quality copy and assets.
Define and own testing roadmap and lead A / B testing to optimize communication to Amazon Sellers. Identify business growth opportunities and trends and turn them into actionable insights, leading implementation with partner teams.
Build a scalable lifecycle communication program by implementing systemic automations. Own, manage and audit automations periodically.
Be the SME on FBA value proposition, FBA Seller communication and education, and mass channels. Transform business stakeholder insights and needs into new initiatives and drive implementation working with relevant stakeholders.
Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success. Methodically measure the impact of communication and education, as well as improvements and changes.
Report results and communicate to Senior Leadership in clear and compelling way.
Deliver on business goals of FBA Seller acquisition and performance.
Master’s degree and 6-10 years of relevant working experience
Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail and operational excellence.
Business judgement and marketing intuition. Demonstrated ability to design and implement go-to-market strategy. Prior experience in designing and executing campaigns to achieve conversion targets.
Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Outstanding analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
Experience in E-Commerce and Digital marketing
Fluency in one additional EU language (German, French, Italian or Spanish)
