Responsibilities and tasks :
Ensure preparation, monitoring, supervision and finalization of financial reports for Private Equity & Real Estate structures within the prescribed deadlines (annual reports and other recurring reports)
Ensure compliance with production schedule of financial reports including follow-up with auditors, clients and banks
Conduct a regulatory and normative watch on the IFRS standards to ensure the adequacy between our services the requirements of the market
Train and inform Private Equity & Real Estate team members on IFRS reporting requirements and document work instructions to improve reliability / reporting
Ensure active collaboration with other departments requesting IFRS reporting expertise
Provide management support on the accounting and financial reporting aspects and TA activity of Private Equity & Real Estate funds with complex investment structures
You have a background in accounting, auditing or economics, minimum BAC + 4
With more than 5 years of experience, you have in-depth knowledge of IFRS, knowledge of the accounting practices of PE / RE funds is an asset
You are fluent in English, fluency in French and German is an asset
You have a good knowledge of common office tools
You are proactive and have an analytical mind
You have good interpersonal and pedagogical skills
You want to evolve in a dynamic work environment and like teamwork
