Area Operations Managers) Ensure that ground training requirements are scoped and that the training program for ground staff ensures an adequate qualification In coordination with all relevant parties, ensure that training program is aligned with regulatory & safety requirements Ensure alignment with (and between) instructor(s), for the entire network to be trained to the same standards In coordination with all relevant parties, periodically review and maintain training program and material as necessary Ensure training records are retained and maintained Ensure instructors are and remain qualified to the required level Assess Nextgen Training methods / tools Essential Requirements For The Position : Bachelor degree in Aviation Management or in another relevant field.
Ideally, Master degree in the field of Logistics, business administration or at least 7 years’ experience in a similar position At least 5 years’ experience in the field of expertise Previous experience in people management Knowledge & experience within ground operations Experience as a training supervisor is considered an advantage Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods Able to manage training costs Good communication and leadership skills Ability to plan, multi-
task and manage time effectively Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a distinct advantage Working Conditions : A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection Position based in Luxembourg
